Making the
invisible visible

The Field offers organizational consulting, executive coaching, and ongoing leadership and team development. I help leaders and teams recognize the patterns shaping their work and change how they respond, decide, and work together.

My approach combines systems thinking, dialogue, and embodied practice, connecting what happens within the individual to the relationships and structures around them.

THE LEADER

Executive coaching

For leaders taking on greater responsibility, working through difficult decisions or relationships, or facing burnout and a pace that is becoming hard to sustain.

Coaching begins with real situations from your week: a conversation you’re avoiding, a decision you keep revisiting, or a responsibility that has changed what others expect of you.

Together, we examine your judgment, habits, and reactions alongside the relationships and organizational conditions shaping them. You develop options, try them in your work, and return to what happened.

Embodied practice and Physical Intelligence are part of this process. Through attention to breath, posture, movement, and physical responses, I help you recognize how pressure affects you and practice ways to respond with greater steadiness and choice.

What we can work on

  • Moving into a new role or greater responsibility
  • Making decisions amid uncertainty and competing expectations
  • Navigating difficult relationships and conversations
  • Recognizing recurring reactions and expanding your responses
  • Addressing burnout, setting boundaries, and developing sustainable ways of working

We agree on the focus and rhythm of the coaching, and return to what is changing in your everyday leadership.

BETWEEN PEOPLE

Leadership & team development

Ongoing development for emerging leaders, high-potential talent, senior leaders, and teams, built around their real work and next stage of growth.

The Living Systems Lens helps participants connect their own leadership practice to the relationships and organizational conditions around them. Across a connected series, they work on current challenges, build their capacity to lead, and try different responses between sessions.

Developing leadership at different stages

  • Preparing emerging and high-potential leaders to lead others and take on greater responsibility
  • Supporting senior leaders to exercise judgment, work across boundaries, and lead change
  • Strengthening leadership teams’ shared decisions, working agreements, and capacity to address differences

The series combines facilitated sessions, peer inquiry, coaching, and embodied practice. An immersive Field day can anchor the process, with preparation and follow-up connecting it to work.

THE ORGANIZATION

Organizational consulting

A recurring problem rarely belongs to one person or team. It may emerge from how roles, incentives, information, relationships, and expectations interact. We begin by clarifying the challenge and what progress would look like.

Areas of focus

  • Growth, integration, and organizational change
  • AI adoption and the human edge
  • Alignment between leadership, culture, and everyday work
  • Collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
The Living Systems Lens Assessment

Where a fuller assessment is needed, the work can begin with a focused engagement.

Through stakeholder conversations, observation, and review of relevant organizational information, I examine the patterns shaping how work gets done. We test the findings together, bringing different perspectives into the conversation.

You leave with a Field Map: a synthesis of the key patterns, connections, and tensions shaping your situation, alongside an agreed set of priorities and a clear option for next steps, whether or not we continue working together.

Further work can combine facilitated working sessions, organizational changes, leader coaching, and embodied practice. An immersive Field experience can be included where it serves the work.
