Change the environmentto change the work
The Field helps leaders and teams realize what factors are shaping their work, learn through direct experience, and develop new ways to lead and work together.
The Field creates immersive experiences revolving around the real questions, tensions, and developmental needs organizations are working through.

The same screensThe same roomsThe same rolesThe same problems
Teams often work through the hardest questions within their usual routines, leaving very little room for examination of the way they are working.
A change in environment facilitates a shift in what people notice and in their patterns of engagement. The Field uses this shift to bring hidden assumptions, relationships, and recurring patterns of behavior into the conversation, using what emerges for individual and team work ahead.

What brings teams to The Field
A new chapter for the team
A company merger, reorganization, leadership transition, or a new colleagues that changes team dynamics. The team needs time to understand one another, clarify expectations, and establish a new way to work together.
The focus: shared purpose, trust, assigned responsibilities, and working agreements.
A direction that needs shared commitment
Priorities multiply, the same disputes return, or a specific strategy that means different things to different people. The team needs to examine its assumptions and make new choices it can carry into practice.
The focus: trade-offs, priorities, decisions, and next steps.
New demands on leadership
Growth, AI adoption, and the changing ways of working raise questions about expertise, authority, and responsibility. Leaders need space to examine their assumptions, and judgment and practice different responses together.
The focus: how leaders make decisions, share responsibility, learn, and respond to change.
Stronger connections across a network
People share the same profession, purpose, or interest but work across different roles, locations, or departments. The group needs time to understand and relate to one another, explore what connects them, and build a sense of shared identity.
The focus: relationships, belonging, shared identity, and opportunities for collaboration.
HOW WE WORK
From your unique context into practice
The Field engagement connects your team’s real context with direct experiences, shared reflection, and a set of positive changes to take back to their working environment.
Read the system
We begin with the group's organizational context and their present reality. We listen to everyone’s perspectives and agree on a focus for our shared work.
Step outside familiar environments
The group enters a living setting chosen to support that focus. Guided by a living-systems lens, participants notice familiar patterns, question assumptions, and practice different ways of responding. The environment becomes a tool for inquiry, not simply where it takes place.
Bring the learning back
Together, participants translate what they discovered into practical decisions, working agreements, and practices to bring back with them. Follow-up creates space to examine what changed, where familiar patterns returned, and what needs further attention.
